The project was successfully delivered within the agreed timeline with all planned features implemented. The application provides a smooth offline experience, responsive flashcard navigation, persistent card reordering, and was successfully published on the App Store as a production-ready iOS application. Aryabhatta n team demonstrated excellent project management throughout the engagement. They consistently delivered milestones on time, maintained clear and proactive communication, and kept us informed at every stage of the project. They were highly responsive to our feedback, quickly incorporated requested changes, and provided valuable suggestions that improved the overall product. I also appreciated how they structured the payment process through escrow. They requested a partial advance before kickoff, which I funded in escrow and released once the project officially started. After that, I funded the remaining balance in escrow and only released it after all deliverables were completed to my satisfaction. This approach created trust, transparency, and accountability for both sides. They also handled the App Store submission process seamlessly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, they were professional, organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed by how they combined technical expertise with strong business thinking. I came to them with just an idea, and Aryabhatta helped shape the entire product, from the user flow and feature planning to the overall experience. He understood the business goals behind the app, not just the technical requirements. For someone so young, his vision, professionalism, and ability to turn an idea into a polished product are remarkable. If anyone has an idea they want to launch, I would confidently recommend Aryabhatta and the SanganakHQ team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SanganakHQ could have done differently?

Honestly, I don't have any major suggestions for improvement. If anything, I think they should charge more for the value they deliver. Before choosing SanganakHQ, I spoke with several other agencies that quoted nearly twice the price, yet none matched Aryabhatta's professionalism, transparency, responsiveness, or genuine interest in making the product successful. Throughout the project, I always felt like I was working with a trusted partner rather than just a software development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with SanganakHQ?

I needed a brand-new bilingual website that would be very easy to update and would work on different devices. My previous website was 15 years old, so there wasn’t much I could use from the old one.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SanganakHQ built a new website and programmed a custom platform for updating the website. The platform features an upcoming concerts list, news, a list of bands and awards I’ve received, and a press kit.

I found them through Facebook. I had an initial chat with about 6–8 companies, and SanganakHQ’s correspondence seemed the most suitable to me. I also checked their portfolio before emailing them.

SanganakHQ uploaded the in-progress website in a virtual environment where I could check it after any changes. The website had easier content updates and management, fewer glitches, and better visual aesthetics.

How did SanganakHQ perform from a project management standpoint?

SanganakHQ delivered on time. At times, my input was slow, so there were a few delays on my part. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

SanganakHQ really put effort into making me satisfied.
