Sakoai was brought on board to build a custom Client Project Management Web Application tailored for our company, Threedeify — a product design and development studio. The core objective was to streamline communication and project tracking between our internal teams and clients.

The app was developed to allow clients to:

Overall, our experience with Sakoai was excellent, but one area for improvement could be more proactive documentation during the development process. While they were always responsive and available, having detailed written documentation of each sprint or feature rollout would’ve helped our internal team stay more aligned without needing frequent sync-ups. That said, they were quick to adapt once we brought it up.
