Safeberry provided monumental help to the Lore Group bringing their Business Intelligence expertise to a previously failed implementation. The solution went from discontinued to being a core tool in the hotel chain portfolio. The users access it on a daily basis to verify their hotel forecasts and there's a whole suite of weekly and monthly P&L reports that are used periodically by financial analysts and C-Execs. The customer is happy and adopted the technology thanks to the professionalism and capabilities of the Safeberry team.

A fully functional automated suite of reports that incldue:

Daily and weekly reporting

Monthly dashboards

Overall performance dashboards

Broadcasting functionality

Module for budgeting and forecasting

Overall, the results speak for themselves. They would benefit of having a customer success or account manager to ensure the conversation with the customer is kept in the appropriate channels, but I'm convinced this is something they'll tackle as they grow
