What challenge were you trying to address with Ryware?

We needed help resolving software issues in a legacy system we were having problems with. Several other in-house developers had tried to resolve the issues, but they couldn’t cut it, so we decided to get external help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ryware has stabilized our project, fixed documented bugs, improved the overall architecture of our system, and suggested ways to migrate to new modern systems.

We started working with them in June 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Ryware’s work, our system has stabilized, and we’ve finally had an increase in customer satisfaction and some new customers by reference. I’ve received some nice emails from customers saying they’re now enjoying working with the system, which is great and very appreciated.

How did Ryware perform from a project management standpoint?

Ryware’s team is professional and goes above and beyond to provide for us and give us what we want. They’ve delivered a little bit before the deadline so we can have time for revisions. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ryware’s vast amount of knowledge on all sorts of subjects is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?
