I’m the founder and CEO of Lattus. We’re a SaaS company that’s all about facilitating mentorship in businesses, schools, and member groups.

Ryan & Wetmore, PC offers a range of accounting services for us. They do strategic tax planning, advise on our business structure, and have supported us for COVID-19 pandemic relief. Their team also provides overall startup mentorship.

I work with one of their partners and a senior advisor.

One of my mentors had referred me to Ryan & Wetmore, PC, giving high praise for their previous experience with them. I ended up choosing them because of the quality of their people.

It’s about $25,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in May 2018, and the partnership is ongoing.

I have no concerns whenever I take my business to Ryan & Wetmore, PC. The quality is top-notch, and they’re always on time. Not to mention, they come in on or below budget, which is wonderful.

We communicate via email, video meetings, and phone calls. They always meet or exceed scheduled timelines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t say enough good things about their work output. They have a wide understanding of everything in the tax and accounting space. There’s nothing that they don’t know, which is very impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to grow their team so that they can help more people! What they’re doing is so special.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you’re organized and devote the necessary time to your prep work. They’ll turn away clients who don’t have their act together.
