I'm the President and owner of an Advertising agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Russell Consulting?

Our company had spikes of growth and hit a ceiling after 5 years in business. We needed someone to streamline our processes to improve operational efficiency and grow recurring revenue.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Referred from a friend. Russell Consulting has years of professional experience and did a great job for my friend. When I met with him, I could tell that Chuck cared about me and my business. None of the process felt like coaching out of a box.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

Chuck came in 1 day a week to observe, learn, create and implement numerous processes and tactics to improve our company across the board. They offer a monthly consulting package that made the most sense for my business.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Chuck is the only person we worked with directly, but he has a couple people that assist him with research and putting some of the processes together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Chuck was able to implement and manage the new processes and even led many of the discussions around sales, client relations and employee discussions until we had a grasp of the concepts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had him all day once a week and he was available through phone, text and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Chuck has a process and approach to all clients, but he took the time to understand what makes us unique. He took that information and tweaked processes specific not to my industry, but to my business. You can see and feel his passion for my businesses success and that's unique in my experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything I'd change or have him do differently as I continue to work with him.
