Key deliverables included setting up a loyalty platform that allows us to reward repeat clients, encourage referrals, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. The project also covered the configuration of rewards and loyalty mechanics, customer registration and tracking, campaign setup, and reporting tools to help us monitor engagement and improve client retention.
