2. **Request Submission**: Users submit requests for auto parts they are looking for. They provide details like the part name, description, vehicle make and model, etc.
3. **Request Processing**: When a user submits a request, the system sends out emails to suppliers registered on the platform, notifying them of the request.
4. **Supplier Quoting**: Suppliers log in to their accounts, view the requests, and submit quotes for the available parts they have in stock. They can specify prices, quantities, and any additional information.
5. **Notification to Users**: Once a supplier submits a quote for a requested part, the user who made the request is notified via email or through the platform itself.
6.  **Comparison and Ordering**: Users can log in to their accounts, view the quotes received for their requests, and compare prices and other details. They can then select the best quote and place an order directly through the platform.
7.  **Order Management**: The system manages the orders placed by users, including order confirmation, payment processing (if applicable), and tracking the status of orders until delivery.
8.  **Messaging System**: Implement a messaging system that allows communication between users and suppliers regarding specific requests or orders.
9. **Admin Dashboard**: An admin dashboard allows administrators to manage users, suppliers, requests, orders, and overall system settings. It provides insights into platform activities and performance.

The platform is fully functional and used daily with great success, the system saves us and users time and covers multiple suppliers to quote for parts. This has increased our monthly sales.

Heinrich consistently delivered ahead of schedule and gave us insights for improvement that we had never considered. I think we had set him some pretty daunting challenges but he always exceeded our expectations
