Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm Corporate Policy Specialist at VM Finance Group AD. VM Finance Group is a Bulgarian economic group which manages a portfolio of 9 companies in various industries, including FMCG distribution, logistics, media, advertising and education.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire RPA Consulting, and what were your goals.

We are a company where continuous improvement, creativity and new process creation are highly appreciated. The people in the organization are our most valuable asset and our goal was to relieve them of the annoying repetitive work activities that can be performed by a robot.

We identified processes suitable for robotics and looked for the most suitable supplier to develop the robots and implement them in the business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found RPA Consulting through a Vendor Selection Procedure for the implementation of a software solution for Robotic automation of business processes among 4 other suppliers.

They met all our criteria such as: deadlines for implementation, flexible solution, team and expertise of the team operationally engaged in the project, experience in similar projects, etc.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We first started with 2 business process in parallel: Posting Sales Invoices and Posting Payments from Customers. The projects were implemented according to the set deadlines.

We understood the benefits of implementing software robots in monotonous and repetitive business processes.
We started with the robotization of 3 new processes. RPA Consulting successfully implemented the robotization of the processes according to our requirements and meeting the deadlines.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 people in the core team, including Project manager and 2 senior developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

We have achieved good process optimization. In some of them it reaches 100%.
