ROVER is a brand strategy consultancy, branding agency, and innovation lab based in Querétaro, Mexico, working with founders and growth-stage teams across Latin America in both English and Spanish.

Founded in 2022 by Daniel Flores Prudencio, ROVER solves a problem most founders eventually hit: the business is real, but the brand isn't clear enough for the team to run without the founder in the room. ROVER's work follows four phases. Diagnose establishes where the brand actually stands today. Define settles the customer, the offer, and the price. Design builds the system: voice, architecture, and how the brand shows up everywhere people meet it. Deploy takes it to market with a plan the team can run on its own.

The founder's own track record backs the method. Daniel built his first brand, Poco a Poco Mezcal, from zero to distribution across eight states in two countries, then spent a decade watching the same problem, unclear alignment standing in for real strategy, break real estate developments, agency clients, and public-sector technology rollouts. Inside Corporación Zapata, he restructured an innovation department from scratch, taking concepts through proof of concept and MVP with over 80% advancing to pilot.

ROVER's client work spans Biocotech Americas, a composting technology company now serving accounts including Zion National Park and Golden Gate Park; NAVY Training Center, a Mexican fitness franchise taken from 2 studios to 4 across 2 cities; and Reto En Ruta, a driver-incentive platform built inside a major Mexican logistics company.

For founders building a brand from the ground up, ROVER also runs the Brand Launch Program (BLP), a 12-week staged cohort built around quick prototyping and lean business design, ending with a working brand and a validated 90-day launch plan.
