We were looking to replace our legacy logistics tracking system with a modern, scalable, cloud-native platform.
The solution should provide full visibility into our global shipments through a user-friendly web dashboard and secure APIs. It must be capable of collecting real-time data from IoT sensors attached to cargo and utilize AI to monitor for anomalies such as temperature variations, tilts, shocks, and delays. The system should proactively generate alerts to notify our logistics teams in case of any irregularities or risks to cargo condition.

Their project management was very professional and well-organized. They used tools like JIRA for task tracking and Microsoft Teams for regular communication, which kept everything transparent and on schedule. We had weekly check-ins, clear documentation, and a shared understanding of priorities.

Deliverables were consistently on time, and in some cases, even ahead of schedule. What we appreciated most was their responsiveness — they were quick to address feedback, flexible with changes, and always available when we needed support. Overall, the collaboration was smooth, and their structured yet adaptable approach made a big difference in the success of the project.

Overall, the engagement was smooth and exceeded our expectations. If anything, future projects could benefit from even more upfront alignment sessions to accelerate decision-making and reduce back-and-forth. But to their credit, the team was always responsive and flexible, which kept the project on track. Their openness to feedback and continuous improvement really stood out.

We hired Routa Digital India to develop our Hotel ERP solution along with a mobile App for managing HR activities and for our sales & market staff. Our main focus for this ERP development was to automate the following areas 

1. Booking Engine 
2. Channel Management 
3. CRM 
4. Accounting 
5. Inventory & Manufacturing 
6. HR along with a mobile app for Attendance & management of the Staff 
7. Sales & Marketing along with a mobile app for our sales & marketing staff. 
8. Reporting 

However, a few years later, our businesses started finding good off-the-shelf solutions that didn’t require a lot of customization. Given that, we reached out to Routa Digital India to serve as a consultant with good experience in the ERP space to look for leading players to work with our Hotel management leaders across the world. We wanted to understand the unique requirements of those businesses and support them.

Routa Digital India managed the project well. We had clear and regular communication. I was having an online meeting with Shekhar once a week, but we talked frequently when questions arose. Abhijit checked in with me every couple of weeks to see how things were going and address any of our concerns. We didn’t have to tweak things frequently because they were experienced and understood our objectives — everything went smoothly.  

I wanted to highlight Shekhar because he was great at listening to us and ensuring they were doing the right things. He served as a true partner for our company. Abhijit was also terrific; he was truly insightful, and his experience showed in his approach to things. His analysis was logical and thorough, so I was pleased with the project’s results.  To communicate, we were using JIRA as a project management tool and had all project plan there because it allowed everybody to share the file. 

We also used emails, phone calls, and Teams. A lot of our work was done virtually. Shekhar worked with a couple of teams from around the world, so we had meetings at different times of the day as we tried to accommodate everybody’s schedule.

They had an in-depth understanding of ERP platforms. They communicated that to our IT leadership and, in some cases, some of our operation directors who got involved in the conversations. They spoke the language of the business and understood our concerns. This was truly important for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Routa Digital India could have done differently?

As such I didn't find any scope for improvisation, the team understood the requirement of the project and delivered the output as required. I found them to be the experts in their niche, highly recommend Routa Digital India.
