I am the Communications Manager at Humankind Charity, a non-profit organisation supporting people to achieve better health, social and economic outcomes.

To redesign the website after the charity was rebranded.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The selection process predated my tenure at the organisation.

After the initial launch, Roundtable have provided regular support and maintenance on a monthly basis. Each month, we discuss support requirements and projects for the short, medium and long term.

We work with between 2-3 members of the Roundtable team - developers and project managers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was launched after extensive consultation with staff and people our organisation supports. We are able to gain insights from successful search metrics, which is the main goal of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There is quick and efficient communication between Roundtable and Humankind, particularly when more urgent situations arise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are knowledgeable about web design and hosting, and if there are ever any questions they don't know the answer to, they will conduct thorough research on our behalf.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It can sometimes feel like they're team is stretched for capacity, but our team experience the same difficulty.

it was a very spontaneous decision based on a rushed time frame and a wish to test what Roundtable could offer

6 weeks work split in first week of exploration and creating a baseline of knowledge on the product, market and customers. Followed by 5 weeks of focus

Structure presentation of our issues and opportunity of improvment, prioritize list of bugs and stories to tackle

clear communication meet deadline, professional validation of budget, verifying scopes and ambition and adjust to changer /update during the process

They are a group of smart, driven people.

Their confidence and leadership was not shining through which didn't help convincing some of the stakeholders
