BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the President / Chief Operating officer of a 50-year old company that has been offering outcome-based solutions for abused, neglected, delinquent and other at-risk children and their families. We provide care and treatment to over 2,500 people each year.

For what projects/services did your company hire RoundSqr?

Build a custom predictive analytics platform/tool. Maintain and enhance the Platform. On-board customers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew we had a proven concept and that the research supported the development of a model, but we had no idea how to operationalize the model in a practical way. Once we explained this all to RoundSqr, they were able to help us understand what a solution would look like and how it could be developed.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

RoundSqr has built a predictive analytics platform/tool from scratch. So, we had all the phases: End-to-end services, from consulting, business analysis, research into technologies and platforms that best suits our industry, UI/UX Design, identifying data sources and creating data pipelines, as well as standard development, implementation and testing, product releases and now support. In addition to this, we also provided with Market Research, Marketing Support and Demand Generation services. Development was carried out with regular sprint planning in an agile process. They were always open to discussion about approaches based on our inputs and facilitated this professionally.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their Head of Consulting (Sirisha), CRO (Ram) and US Head (Bash) were our main PoCs, but we have worked with about ~6-10 people in total. When needed, we received resources on demand.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

"As of now, we have successfully implemented the solution within Adelphoi, as well as among a small group of Providers. The outcomes (Completion Rate, Time spent in System, Recidivism...) for children have shown dramatic improvements, proving its performance capability within the process of child welfare and the juvenile justice systems. The Platform has been spun off as a separate entity (www.firstmatch.com). We have potential clients in the pipeline, as well."

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and follow-through has been exceptional. Our questions are answered quickly. People are always available. Timelines and deadlines are always met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

"RoundSqr had the expertise to also help us understand the bigger picture. Sometimes service providers just do the work that they were hired to do. They are trusted consultants and have some great suggestions about how we could configure and maximize solutions. I knew they understood the project, were interested in the project, and that they believed in the project. I also could tell that they wanted the project to be successful. I highly recommend RoundSqr. I am confident RoundSqr will deliver on the solution and the customer service experience will be second to none."
