I’m the lead therapist and founder of Emergent Mental Health Services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Primary Web Solutions?

I am building my private practice, so I hired Primary Web Solutions to help get my name and services online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created the website in its entirety, designing and developing it. I provided their team with pictures, my logo, and other content, but they took care of the rest of the process.  

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with one person. 

How did you come to work with Primary Web Solutions?

I’d known the owner of their company. After mentioning I was looking to create my own website, they offered to support me. 

How much have you invested with them?

I spent around $500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–November 2018, but they also provided ongoing support for a while after completing the site. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve heard positive reviews about the website. In my field, the types of websites can really vary, but they created a great site that shows potential clients what my business does. The work they delivered was exactly what I needed to get my name out there. 

How did Primary Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly interacted through email, with occasional texts and phone calls. Their communication style was smooth. They were always able to produce what I needed. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Primary Web Solutions provided a personal touch—they knew my needs and were really helpful. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s no room for improvement. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have an idea of what you want and ask all the questions you have. The communication was key. Knowing what you want ahead of time is helpful, however, Primary Web Solutions would take the time to know your needs and support you.

I founded Edens Sea Moss in 2021. We are a supplement company that specializes in organic wild harvested sea moss gels for consumption

For what projects/services did your company hire Rosa Creatives, and what were your goals?

We were primarily marketing and selling through Instagram, and wanted to expand onto an online store where we can educate our consumers on the health benefits of our products

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Based on his prior work with my former church’s website, I believed he would be the perfect fit to bring our vision to life

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had an initial meeting which consisted of the purpose of the site, target market and value of our products. I also explained the prior way we were doing business and the importance of tying in our Instagram into our website. We decided on the Woo-commerce platform

I worked directly with Eduardo, the owner of the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Once we launched, our production doubled,, all new customers. The website gave the validity we were looking for as a company.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The turnaround time was much faster than I expected. Our communication was mostly by phone call and email correspondence. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for specifically as a look, however, Rosa Creatives was patient enough to provide ideas that eventually led to the final outcome, which I am very well pleased.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail regarding the experience of our customers really surprised me. He introduced perspectives I would not have thought about regarding customer convenience. He implemented ideas to enhance our customers experience on our site

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only issue we experienced was in regards to payment processing, which was quickly addressed prior to our website launch
