I am an experienced principal with a demonstrated history of working in the online media industry. Skilled in Marketing, Publishing, Data Analysis, Digital Publishing, and Business.

For what projects/services did your company hire RooSites?

Our website was old and tired and frankly looked lousy on mobile devices. We hired RooSites to build a new responsively designed site. We also needed ongoing support after the launch.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked and Google reviews, and then looked through portfolios until we found a designer whose work we loved, in this case RooSites.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We met with Barry at RooSites, he laid out a plan. We then agreed on what we needed from a look and feel perspective. He then started development, and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. He worked on the site until we were 100% satisfied.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Typically, everything went through Barry Roos, the owner. He had team members on the project, but our requests all were routed through Barry. We LOVED that. In previous projects, once you signed a contract, the owners were no longer involved.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now rank very highly in search, their SEO work was top-notch as is their ongoing support. We send a request, and they respond the same day!! Best of all our clients love our new site, and it has added a new level of professionalism to our brand.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Awesome, they told us what they needed and always asked if there was anything else we needed. Communication was stellar and remains so to this day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver everything they promise and more. The site looks great everywhere, and we now are at the top of the rankings in search. What is so unique is the service after the site goes live. I have never worked with a company so responsive, ever. When I send a new request, it is finished the same day and the communication is wonderful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly can't think of anything.
