Roo Tech Services is a veteran-owned managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Since 2018, we've helped small businesses across East Tennessee stay secure, productive and supported, with one accountable partner for their technology.
We provide fully managed IT (help desk, 24/7 monitoring, patching and onsite/remote support), layered cybersecurity (managed next-gen firewalls, endpoint detection and response, email security and phishing training) and backup and disaster recovery for Microsoft 365 and endpoints. We also offer co-managed IT for businesses with in-house staff, IT consulting and project work.

Founder Shannon Jones served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2000 to 2004, including Iraq in 2003, and started Roo Tech in 2018 to give small businesses the dependable IT support larger companies take for granted.
