We had weekly deliverables and calls to review the progress. The finished product saved us multiple hours of manual client setup, and now we have an infrastructure to build on top of to ensure we can scale at a much faster pace. We saved at least 40 hours per week. Moreover, our clients are much happier, and our product looks so much more professional, which makes the value even higher.
