Rollins, Cleavenger and Rollins, CPA, is Charleston, WV's oldest accounting firm, having been founded by Roy B. Rollins in 1921 as Roy B. Rollins and Company. The name changed in 1959 to Rollins, Cleavenger and Rollins and remains that to this day.
Since its inception, the firm has had three managing partners: Roy B. Rollins; David H. Rollins, who is currently a consultant to the firm; and Edward J. Bailey, the current managing partner.
The firm also employs four CPAs, one PA, two staff accountants, and one bookkeeper.
With such stability and experience, and having more than half of the professional staff certified, RCR is able to offer a wide range of services on a timely basis.
It is believed the fim cannot be matched in experience or stability because of its partners and long history in the Charleston area.
