Rodina Ventures is an executive coaching practice based in Calgary, working with clients across Canada and internationally.
We work on the single most important skill anyone needs to succeed: the ability to change old habits. The habits of a person, or the habits of a business.
Our clients are owners building companies that run without them, executives and technical experts stepping into bigger leadership, and professionals moving through career change. Some work with us privately over six to twelve months. Others take a fixed-length intensive built around one named problem.
Founded by Dawn Sweany and Andrew Buzinsky, with senior executive and coaching experience across energy, technology, aerospace and not-for-profit.
