Our Story

Rockstar Event was founded in 2013 next to the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. We design, build and install custom and modular exhibition stands, and produce corporate events: conventions, galas and product launches. With our 1,500 m² workshop and our own crews, one project manager follows your project from the 3D design to dismantling. Make every trade show your stage.

What Sets Us Apart

In-house workshop next to the venue

Our 1,500 m² workshop is in Villepinte, minutes from the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. Stands are built and pre-assembled there before the show, then stored between editions.

One English-speaking contact, end to end

One project manager handles 3D design, fabrication, transport, build-up, dismantling and storage. You validate the 3D renders and follow a clear retro-planning to opening day.

Reachable 24/7

We answer our clients at any hour, during preparation, build-up and throughout the show. Projects start from €5k excl. VAT, for stands from 6 to 500 m²+.
