We worked with Rock Digital to redesign our townhome association website, which was previously outdated, slow, and not visually appealing.

The old site was built on a basic builder and didn’t reflect the professionalism we wanted—honestly, even the design choices like the color scheme made it difficult to take seriously.

Rock Digital completely transformed the site with a custom design that is modern, clean, and much easier for our residents to use. The new website loads significantly faster and has improved how residents engage with information.

What stood out most was the communication, professionalism, and ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality. The entire process was smooth, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

We are extremely happy with the outcome and we would highly recommend Rock Digital.

The Board of Directors, management, and the community are very pleased with the website. Residents, including those from older generations, have found it easy to navigate and locate information.

We recently added the option to submit work orders online, which has been a great success.

What we found most impressive about this company is their exceptional responsiveness and efficiency. Their ability to provide prompt, thorough replies without the need for follow-up sets them apart.

Additionally, their capacity to deliver a user-friendly product that successfully meets the needs of both older and newer generations demonstrates a thoughtful and well-executed approach that is not commonly seen.
