Project Overview We are a legal support company looking for an elite automation engineer to build a zero-touch document generation pipeline. The system will pull raw process server data (via API/Webhooks) from ServeManager, use an AI API (Claude/OpenAI) to format messy field notes into formal legal paragraphs, map that data onto pixel-perfect PDF court templates (via Documint or DocSpring), and push the final file to Slack. This is a legal tech project. Data privacy, strict conditional routing, and zero-hallucination AI prompting are mandatory requirements.

Syed and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We hired them to build a dashboard that automates our affidavit workflow using n8n, Claude, and Slack, and the end result is exactly what we needed — clean, efficient, and reliable. Robustcraft developed and implemented a complete automation system for our premium luxury accommodation business. The project significantly reduced the amount of manual work across our daily operations by automating many of our core business processes. We now have centralized workflows, real-time dynamic reporting, and much greater visibility over our operations. As a result, our team is more productive, processes are faster and more reliable, and we can focus more on delivering an exceptional experience to our guests instead of handling repetitive administrative tasks.
