I’m a former data scientist at Sym. We design customized solutions to transform organizations, generating economic, environmental, and social value through revealing insights and a focus on sustainability and respect for people and their environment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Robotipy?

We needed help with app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Robotipy has developed a complete app, including the infrastructure and deployment, in record time. The team has added value by understanding our business needs and being flexible enough to adapt to them. Robotipy has delivered mock-ups, the app, documentation, testing, videos, and end-to-end testing on a local server and in the cloud.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Robotipy.

How did you come to work with Robotipy?

Someone referred Robotipy to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they were a great culture fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Robotipy has delivered a working RAG, LLM, and app deployment with good practices and no errors in the lint test approved by the client.

How did Robotipy perform from a project management standpoint?

Robotipy has delivered on time. We communicate through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Robotipy's good and technical quality is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Robotipy could have better communicated their availability at the start of the project.
