we were overall very satisfied with RnD Technosoft’s work, one area for improvement could be more detailed documentation during the handover phase. Having clearer user guides or technical documentation would have made onboarding and future maintenance even smoother.
Additionally, while communication was generally good, occasional faster response times during critical stages would have helped keep momentum strong.
