Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of Runivor, a modern fashion brand focused on trendy pre-midriffs for men and women based in New York.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Rixlab to accomplish for your fashion brand?

We hired Rixlab to create a distinctive and professional brand identity for Runivor. We needed them to translate our brand’s vision into a clear, modern visual system that could build trust, differentiate us from competitors, and provide a consistent foundation across our digital and physical touchpoints.

Can you describe the scope of their involvement in this project?

Rixlab handled both the branding and website design for our fashion brand, creating a cohesive experience from the brand identity through to its digital presence. The scope included brand strategy, logo and visual identity design, typography, color palette, supporting brand elements, website UX/UI design, responsive website design, and final website delivery. They were responsible for the website structure, UX/UI, responsive layouts, visual direction, and integration of the brand identity across the site. We handled content creation and development.

How did you come to work with Rixlab?

We found them through an online search and the Clutch site. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April to June 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rixlab’s work helped us establish a stronger market presence through a cohesive brand identity and a more refined digital experience. It improved brand consistency, clarified the product’s visual communication, strengthened the overall UI/UX, and created a scalable foundation for future growth and customer engagement.While we don’t have publicly available before-and-after analytics to report specific percentage increases, the project resulted in a more consistent brand and digital experience, clearer product communication, stronger visual differentiation, and a more scalable design system. These improvements created a stronger foundation for user engagement and future growth.Our stakeholders felt that the new branding and website gave us a much more professional and distinctive presence. The updated design made the brand easier to understand, the digital experience more intuitive, and the overall presentation more credible and aligned with the quality of the product.

How did Rixlab perform from a project management standpoint?

Rixlab’s project management was structured, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was clear throughout the project, feedback was handled efficiently, and milestones were managed well. The project was delivered on time, with the final work meeting the agreed scope and expectations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was Rixlab’s ability to look beyond the surface and understand the bigger picture. They combined strategic thinking, branding, UI/UX, and digital design into one cohesive direction rather than treating each part as a separate task. Their attention to detail, willingness to challenge ideas, and focus on creating something genuinely distinctive made the collaboration particularly valuable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The overall experience was very positive. If anything, having even more opportunities for early-stage feedback and alignment could have made the process even more efficient. That said, Rixlab was highly receptive to feedback, communicated clearly, and delivered a strong final result.
