Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m one of the owners of ActNet Solutions, a SaaS company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Riverlong Design?

We weren’t happy with the design of our old website, so we hired them to redesign it and improve its UX.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Riverlong Design redesigned our website. They focused on improving its overall look by implementing better fonts, layouts, navigation, and graphics while still maintaining the initial concept of our website. They also added several animations and helped us migrate platforms, from WordPress to Webflow. They used Adobe XD to create designs.

Currently, their team is helping us maintain our website and build landing pages for our ad campaigns.

What is the team composition?

We work with two people from their side: the owner and a UI/UX designer.

How did you come to work with Riverlong Design?

Riverlong Design was recommended to us by a friend of mine who had worked with them in the past.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent about $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Riverlong Design’s efforts, we’ve seen an increase in engagement, app downloads, and subscriptions.

How did Riverlong Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a great job of meeting deadlines. In terms of communication, we’ve experienced some hiccups due to the difference in time zones, but their team continues to do their best to work according to our schedule. For communication, we use email, Slack, Zoom, and Skype.

They’ve also gone a little over our initial budget, but that’s okay because the work they’ve done for us justifies that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What we like about Riverlong Design is their deep understanding of the SaaS industry; they really understand our requirements and know how to achieve the best results. They’re also very open to feedback.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve on providing a clearer or more accurate estimate of the project cost.
