RIVENO Studio started from one frustration: agencies build you a website, then hand you off to someone else for the system that actually runs the business. We do both, as one build.

Every project starts the same way — we take apart how your process really works, then build what serves it. You see a mockup of the first screen before you pay for anything.

We start with one call about your process, not about your website: what happens today when a customer contacts you, who handles it, and where it breaks. Then we send a mockup of your first screen, before any payment. If the direction is right, we agree scope and timeline and start. If not, you owe nothing. From there you follow the work on a live link rather than in screenshots, so you can correct things while they are still cheap to correct.

One to two days for a single-screen site, three to five for a multi-section business site, seven to fourteen for a custom scroll-driven build, and two to three weeks when a system comes with it. These are working timelines, not best cases, and they assume your text and photos are ready. Express delivery is available at a 30% premium.

We do not publish invented ROI multipliers, and we would treat any agency that does with caution. For a small business site the honest answer depends on your traffic, your margins and your follow-up — not on our process. What we can state, and you can verify: every site ships at 90+ PageSpeed with SEO and analytics connected from day one, so the outcome is measurable on your side rather than claimed on ours. Before we start we agree what the site is meant to move — calls booked, requests received, quotes requested — and we wire the tracking for exactly that, so after launch you read the numbers yourself instead of taking our word for them. Our work is live and running: a dental clinic, a furniture cleaning service, a tarot practice, an English school with its own CRM, and a beauty salon with online booking. Small business sites where the page has to do a job — walk a visitor through a real place, answer the price question before the first call, or take a booking. And sites with a system behind them: CRM, lead pipeline, Telegram bot, ERP. We are especially interested in clinics, salons, schools and local services, and in projects where one team handles both the site and the software behind it.

Two to three at a time, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a capacity problem. We are a small studio: the person you talk to is the person who builds your site.
