I have been working with Riserite for several years now. They implemented SEMO for us, including Marketplace channel consulting and optimization service with simultaneous ecommerce and product optimization for Google and Bing search engines in several languages. They introduced actions on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Cdiscount and Kaufland. 

The real ACOS calculated from their organic results is less than 5%. PPC results are around 12% which is also impressive in the apparel industry. They have reduced our returns by nearly 30%. Sales are growing scalably and predictably. They have led us by the hand from local sales to almost global sales building additional international branding for us. The team is timely. They have a very agile approach. 

They also stand out with their billing models, where for the first time I realistically know what I'm paying for. Every task, even 15 minutes is reported. Results are reported and summarized every 2 weeks. They support with AI which saves a huge amount of money and time for us. They plan and implement full processes, tailored to my product inventory, my way of doing things and trends. 

They are efficient in delivery and approach collaboration differently than anyone I've talked to about in the last 10 years. I highly recommend them!

Project management is quick and efficient. We contact each other every two weeks for a 15-minute summary. Reporting takes place monthly at one of these meetings.
