Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company specializes in natural beauty products. Born out of a Greek homeopathic pharmacy more than 20 years ago, our brand's philosophy is rooted in the use of natural ingredients of the highest quality, skin and environmentally friendly products with clinically tested efficacy, and products that can inspire and make us and our customers happy. My role at Korres is to assist with digital strategy and online business development.

As a pioneer in digital, our organization was looking for deep-insight on the consumer journey, digital sales cycle and overall understanding of upcoming trends. Rila Global Consulting was referred to us by a CPG company that had worked with them on social media deep listening. We worked with Rila Global on a similar project utilizing their knowledge of digital analytics across insights sources and incredible research.

The team of Rila Global delivered a combination of strategy, consulting and an insights research deck. Everything was done remotely. Working with Rila Global was incredibly easy and we will absolutely work with them again in the near future.

I’m the chief of staff for a tech startup. Our automation engine uses machine learning to automate manual and tedious tasks in the retail industry while providing 4–9% total revenue lift and helping brands scale their unique POV. Retailers use our product to show shoppers full outfits that answer the question "How do I wear this?" for every product and customer and across every channel (e-commerce, email, in-store, and customer support).

Like every startup, our company is going through fast-paced organizational changes. We needed to work with a professional organization that would help us create a specific annual strategy for our pain points surrounding branding, digital presence, and sales pipeline development.

We set out to create scalable customer success practices and accurate forecasting initiatives as part of our overall customer success function.

RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING provided our company with in-person consulting services which encompassed but were not limited to branding and rebranding techniques, website optimization, online market strategy, scalable lead building, and quarterly lead generation planning. They also advised us on how to build organizational champions and create prosperous customer success teams.

The workflow between us and RILA was absolutely seamless. The team is incredibly responsive on multiple channels, and, for the most part, they were on-site with us in Manhattan.
