   We are a team of three full-stack developers. The people on your first call are the ones who design, build and support your product. There are no account managers and no handoffs.
  
   Every project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. Our prices are published: portfolio sites from €490, e-commerce from €1,490, and custom platforms quoted after a discovery call. Every plan includes custom design, full copywriting, standard SEO and a fully responsive build.

Our Story

RIGTech started in a university lecture hall, where three friends built things instead of taking notes. Our first real online shop shipped between exams. Then we made it official: RIGTECH SRL, based in Craiova, Romania. We are still the three engineers who answer your first call, design your product, write the code and support it after launch. No account managers, no handoffs, and a fixed price agreed before we start.

You send a short brief through our site: what the product needs to do and who it is for. We reply within 24 hours on working days and set up a short call with the engineers who will build it. After the call you get a written scope, timeline and one fixed price. Once you agree, we start with the design, and you approve it before any development begins.

You talk directly to the engineers writing your code, never to an account manager. Every week you get a working build you can click through, not just a status report. We meet on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, whichever suits you, work in English or Romanian, and answer messages within 24 hours on working days.

E-commerce starts from EUR 1,490 (up to 100 products, checkout and online payments, an admin panel for orders and stock, 45 days of support). Every plan includes custom design, full copywriting, standard SEO and a fully responsive build, and every project gets one fixed price in writing before we start.

Yes. We are an EU company (RIGTECH SRL, Romania) and work under GDPR. Our own site only loads analytics after a visitor says yes, and refusing is as easy as accepting. We can build your site the same way: a clear cookie choice, a privacy policy that matches what the site actually does, and forms that collect only what they need.

Support is included: 30 days on Portfolio sites and 45 days on E-commerce, and custom projects come with ongoing support and growth. Fixes and questions go to the same engineers who built your product, so you never have to explain it from scratch. When you want new features later, we quote them the same way: a fixed price, agreed up front.
