The Right Foot Studio

The Right Foot Studio is a Lisbon-based studio that helps companies explain complicated things so that people act. We work with business sponsors on the moments when a change, a rule, a launch or a risk has to be understood by many people, and then lived by them.

Our work rests on three pillars: Engage, Change and Enable. 

Every project starts with our Transfer Framework. We Diagnose what people need to understand and do, Surface the story that is already there, and Shape it into something people can use. The framework gives you three clear deliverables: an Alignment Brief, a Learning Blueprint and a Storyboard. From there we build the training, the visuals, the interactive modules or the launch material.

We are a team of ex-Airbus with long experience in large corporate environments, covering instructional design, graphic design and digital design. Our work has reached more than 150,000 people.

We work on a retainer or hours-bank model, so you get a steady creative partner instead of a one-off vendor. We talk to the business sponsor first, because that is the person who needs the result.
