RhymeCommerce did an excellent job making our B2B eCommerce store easier to use. Our old setup was complex and often frustrated our customers. They streamlined the process, making it simpler to select shipping warehouses and manufacturers. They improved the overall user experience by automatically pre-selecting shipping options and adding easy-to-use menus. 

Since the redesign, our customers have had a much smoother experience, leading to increased satisfaction and higher sales. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend RhymeCommerce for their expertise in B2B eCommerce.

After RhymeCommerce redesigned our eCommerce store, we saw a big drop in customer complaints about the order process. Customers started placing more orders, showing they found it easier to complete their purchases. Overall, adding items to the cart became much simpler, making the shopping experience more pleasant and efficient.
