Their ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms also made the whole process much smoother.
Their ability to stay on track ensured that we could rely on them to complete tasks within the agreed timeframe without delays.
Rhobel offered great value for the cost. While their services were on the higher end, the quality of the work and the impact it had on our operations made it worth the investment. 
The project was completed on time, within budget, and the results have made a significant impact on our business. We would definitely work with them again.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rhobel Inc. could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with Rhobel's work. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be around providing more frequent status updates during the early stages of development. While they were always responsive when we reached out, more proactive check-ins could have given us even more visibility and confidence early on. However, this was a minor point in an otherwise smooth experience.
