What challenge were you trying to address with Rhinero?

We needed help with software development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rhinero developed custom software for us. The team automated loan processes and worked on loan analysis, customer registrations, and third-party system integrations to gather information about clients and their credit history. We gave them an RFP and technical requirements for the project.

Rhinero set up the system and software structure and designed the database. The team worked step by step on each model, including the client, product, and loan models. They used .NET for programming and Microsoft SQL for the database as the primary development tools. Rhinero tested the system in the last two months and fixed bugs and minor issues. After that, we took the source code, and they finalized the work.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around 10 teammates from Rhinero, including backend developers, database developers, and 1–2 QA testers.

How did you come to work with Rhinero?

We found Rhinero through a referral. We chose them because they were close to us in terms of location and budget. We also liked that they worked quickly and had values similar to our company's.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent up to $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–October 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rhinero did a great job, and their work was of great value to us. We currently have five credit organizations in Armenia that work with this software. We want to implement the software in at least 10 organizations, so we have a lot of places to work.

How did Rhinero perform from a project management standpoint?

We had monthly meetings with them. There were some delays, but they delivered on time and met our needs during the project. We used Google Meet for communication and Jira and Confluence for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rhinero was fast and always available. I don't remember an occasion when we called or texted them and didn't receive their response within minutes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing I'd have them improve. They're experts in their field. We all need to improve on something, but Rhinero didn't show significant areas for improvement. We engaged them for two projects, which speaks of Rhinero's work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Rhinero is fast, has reasonable assurance, and is always available.

Rhinero developed for us a software that automates debt collection and delinquency tracking. It organizes clients with missed payments by time intervals, classifies loans according to the lender’s billing regulations, updates accounts to delinquent or default status, and generates reports following financial guidelines. On top of that, the system automates the escalation process of loan defaults from the bank’s financial sector to state court.

Reduced manual effort in managing delinquent accounts through automation. Developed lender-client relationships through systematic account management. Created a classification and reporting system aligned with billing cycle regulations.
