We were looking for a solid exceptional CPA firm to prepare company taxes. Our company is an S Corp. The tax situation for our company can be confusing so we needed a very experienced top-notch firm.

Basically, our CPA firm was involved in our annual corporate tax preparation and filing. As the FinanceDirector, I worked with them closely providing year-end financials, etc. the key tasks and deliverables were to catch us as many tax breaks as possible, avoid us ever being audited and to do a superb job and file on time

Our company has never been audited, and our taxes are always done impeccably and prepared in a timely fashion. Someone is always available at our CPA firm to take my calls on questions. They have made good recommendations to save us money over the years, in taxes

They are pricey. I guess you get what you pay for, but they are on the higher end of the spectrum
