I am the CEO of Vimachem a Software as A Service company with global customers within the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

For what projects/services did your company hire re-wize | Digital Marketing Agency, and what were your goals?

We have been working with re-wise for the last 2 years as part of an ongoing retainer. re-wise has been supporting us with Digital Marketing Strategy, Paid Media ( primarily display and paid search), Online campaigns (Email , paid search ), Hubspot setup and maintenance as well as design support for our marketing campaigns .

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a close partner that would invest time in closely understanding our business (B2B SaaS) and would work with our on a weekly basis to continuously optimize our marketing strategy and tactics.

re-wize was selected among multiple vendors because of its experience in the field, skills in both digital marketing strategy and campaigns execution as well as its expertise in Hubspot which was key for us since we use Hubspot as our CRM and Marketing Hub tool.

We run Quarterly Strategy meetings where we decide the pipeline of projects and we run weekly catch ups. The work involves our website, marketing campaigns (paid search, SEO, Linkedin) as well as B2b content initiatives were re-wize supports with design and content.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have been working with an Account Manager, a Designer, A proofreader , a SEO expert and occasionally with a proofreader.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Though the work with re-wize we have been able to increase our B2b leads from Outbound (email, Linkedin) by at least 2x as well as to increase our site traffic by 3x which is key for us given our presence in the B2b global sector.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. re-wise is super flexible and always willing to work on our schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they are true experts in Digital Marketing but also constantly on the look out for new trends and tools (e.g. Lusha, Apollo.io etc.)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. We are extremely happy so please keep up the great work!
