What was the scope of their involvement?

RevPal has migrated our CRM from HubSpot to Salesforce. The team has also worked on improving our pipeline velocity and visibility and board reporting. RevPal has provided documentation and set up dashboards.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RevPal's work has increased our pipeline velocity by 3x. The team has cleaned up our sales process, implemented Salesforce properly, and created better visibility into where our deals are getting stuck.

Moreover, RevPal has delivered accurate GTM leadership and board reporting. Before the project, GTM and board reporting required a lot of manual work and interpretation. After working with RevPal, our leadership has accurate CRM-based reporting around pipeline, forecasting, and GTM performance, which has made it much easier to run the business and communicate progress to the board.

Additionally, we've seen measurable improvements in CRM adoption, forecast visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Salesforce has become the source of truth for GTM leadership and board reporting, which has given our team much better visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, and where opportunities are getting stuck. The biggest shift has been moving from manual or inconsistent reporting to accurate, CRM-backed reporting that leadership can rely on to make decisions.

How did RevPal perform from a project management standpoint?

RevPal's project management is excellent. The team is organized, communicative, and proactive throughout the engagement. RevPal delivers on time and does a strong job keeping the project focused, even as we work through the natural complexity of a Salesforce implementation.

Moreover, RevPal is clear about priorities, surfaces blockers early, and ensures we always understand what's completed, what's in progress, and what needs input from our team. Overall, the team makes the project feel well-managed and gives us confidence that the implementation will stay on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by the combination of RevPal's team, visibility, and documentation. The team is excellent: knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Moreover, RevPal is transparent and organized throughout the project. We always have visibility into what they're working on, what they've completed, what decisions are needed, and what's coming next.

Additionally, RevPal's documentation is a major differentiator. It makes the Salesforce implementation easier to understand, helps our team adopt the new process, and gives us a clear foundation to build from after the project is complete. Overall, RevPal feels like a true partner, not just a vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for RevPal to improve.
