Reverse Ads was hired by an importing business for their PPC services. They were tasked with improving the client's existing paid campaigns with the goal of generating more leads and conversions.

Reverse Ads failed to meet expectations. The client barely gained any real leads from their ads, resulting in a profit loss for the business. Moreover, the team was unprofessional; they showed no sense of accountability throughout. Needless to say, the client does not recommend working with them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reverse Ads, and what were your goals?

Paid Advertising, PPC. Advertising. To generate leads and conversions. To find new customers, enhance our existing paid marketing.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were recommended RADS (ReverseAds) by someone in our network.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

We had launch meetings and fortnightly / monthly WIPS. Their staff failed to attend several of these scheduled meetings with no notifying us.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3-4. Very junior staff who couldn't even answer our questions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Zero results, a total write off / total loss. They provided reports showing 35 measly "leads" however when we expertly investigated we found that majority were BOTS, and some were just their staff clicking on their own ads to make it appear effective. A total scam and loss for our business.

Their project management team was completely arrogant. They wouldn't accept any failures and just referred us to legal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A shame that it's effectively a complete scam. No results, bogus reports, took our money and won't take any accountability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are a complete scam, we do not recommend for anybody to become their next victim.
