Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a department head at a hospitality management firm, which is a subsidiary of an international airline holding company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Retter Technology?

We hired them for their e-commerce and mobile app development services.

SOLUTION

What is the scope of their involvement?

We first had multiple meetings with Retter Technology, during which we shared our existing platform, explained our current problems, and collaborated to develop a solution. After that, they proceeded with the work, talking with all our stakeholders in order to devise a great proposal. They used AWS for development.

Aside from the e-commerce platform, their team helped us develop a mobile app for Android and iOS. The app has various features, including user registration, coin collection, and payment processing.

Currently, Retter Technology provides us with maintenance support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in the initial stages, but we’ve been seeing pretty good results — in fact, we’ve generated around 200,000 downloads for our mobile app.

How did Retter Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

They do an amazing job from a project management perspective. Their team has a senior project manager who is very dedicated to our project; she gives us weekly reports and sends updates regarding pending and completed tasks.

We use Jira for project management and communicate mainly through Slack, email, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like their flexibility and openness to new technologies.

Are there areas they could improve?

Retter Technology has been amazing, but they need to work on the UI/UX more.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to understand your business challenge, provide all the necessary documentation, and give them enough time to come up with a solution.
