We worked with Remote Office as our UX/UI design partner on a Fintech platform, while we handled the branding and marketing side. They were responsible for the full product design process. They started with a UX discovery phase to define user flows and the overall product architecture, and then moved into mockups, prototypes, and prepared everything for devs handoff.

Throughout the process, they worked closely with our team and the client to ensure alignment on functionality and visual consistency.

The new design made the platform much easier to use. Some of the more complex flows were reworked to feel intuitive, which really improved how users moved through the product. We got great feedback from users - especially around how simple and clear things felt after the redesign.

The product also looked more polished and trustworthy, which is especially important in the fintech space. On the dev side, the handoff went smoothly, and there were no blockers during implementation.

Their project management was excellent. They were always on time, communicated clearly, and were quick to adjust to feedback or changes. Collaboration was smooth, and we always felt like we were on the same page.

Honestly, everything was excellent. There’s nothing we would ask them to improve. It was a very professional and smooth collaboration from beginning to end.
