Their communication deserved recognition. It was seamless, targeted, and productive. I was working with 3 key members as point of contact, however, they gave me an account manager who was on top of things. They had member portal for timely coordination and approval process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Hands down it was their creative spin. Their ability to understand my audience and strategically position our brand in a way that built a community around our name was GREAT! They pulled from consumer psychology to go deeper in the marketing campaigns and obviously - it worked!

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Remote Nest could have done differently?

My only recommendation would be that they could potentially expand into twitter marketing because I would love to have them take care of that too for us.
