Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and managing director of the company. We are the leading DEX and DeFi gateway on Moonbeam. Swap, Earn and Bridge in Moonbeam.

For what projects/services did your company hire Relymer Group, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a dex aggregator on Moonbeam protocol.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Relymer group made our UI/UX design, frontend and engineered backend as well. They also did testing and made complete the entire product go live.

We had kick off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there the team designed UI/UX, delivered frontend and engineered backend. After a few modification updated content to reflect our company's services and created a landing page.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Project manager was in contact who was leading three full stack developers. They managed to execute the product within the timeline that they had committed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website we had planned to hit about $15 million for seat fund and token presale which we easily managed to get beyond our expectations. Relymer helped us in making it established with their ongoing digital marketing team.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had daily standups with their project manager, and what were the ongoing challenges they swiftly managed to proceed any constraint or obstacle coming in. We used slack for instant communication and zoom meeting along with their CEO.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were thorough professionals what they had committed they executed it effectively. What we found most impressing was their CEO helping in each corner. They also helped our team in anything that needs to be updated our website or content that needs to be modified.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project was absolutely smooth and it happened as we had planned off to.
