We needed help with our corporate and event presentations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rekarda designed our presentations for our events, including the Hudayriyat Golf Estate Broker briefing event, which was attended by 5,000 people, the Bashayer Broker briefing event, the Monaco Yacht Show, the London Horse Show, and internal presentations.

Someone referred Rekarda to us. We chose them over other options because of their quality of work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March 2025 to August 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rekarda is highly niche in what they do, and it has been very difficult to find an equivalent agency in the market. Following our due diligence and extensive search for alternatives, no other agency has been able to match or outperform the quality of their work. Due to their great attitude, capabilities, and strong teamwork, we renewed our contract with them.
We’re hoping to engage them soon to train our team on PowerPoint presentation design. Rekarda is highly endorsed by our management and considered one of our Tier-A partners. They’ve uplifted our broker briefing events experiences with visually appealing presentations.

How did Rekarda perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re true superstars in this space. They’ve never let us down and have consistently delivered on time. They always go above and beyond, accommodating short-notice and last-minute requests without ever compromising on the quality of their work. We communicated via virtual meetings.

Rekarda has shown us just how powerful and versatile PowerPoint can be, creating exceptional results using a tool that is often underestimated. Their ability to bring presentations to life through sophisticated animations, motion graphics, and visual effects is truly impressive and consistently exceeds expectations. The final output is visually striking and often feels more like a high-end production than a traditional PowerPoint presentation.

I’m the managing director of an Information Technology Company. We provide technology that helps banks, governments and organizations to have clarity of what's going on in their infrastructure.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rekarda?

We needed support with multiple projects, including creating a PowerPoint template for all our teams to use across the company. We also needed to create templates for all the internal reports we do monthly, quarterly, and annually. Additionally, we wanted to revamp all our sales presentations that the sales team uses.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our team gained confidence in working with PowerPoint since the tools are now easier to use. All our reports got streamlined, and now we have clear data to review, which gives clarity to our strategy and makes our decision-making process easier. Our sales presentations became a lot more attractive, on-brand, and most importantly, helped us generate more qualified leads. Our report turnaround time got 60% faster.Additionally, we received positive feedback from our internal team. The best thing we heard was, “I never knew you could do this in PowerPoint” and “Look how beautiful my slides are!”

How did Rekarda perform from a project management standpoint?

Rekarda’s project management was great. They had clear communication and provided continuous updates, so we knew exactly where the project stood at any given moment. The team was always available for any questions or requests. They had a great attitude and were never late for any of the agreed-upon delivery or milestone dates. We communicated in-person, virtually, and through email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rekarda’s processes were on-point, and they had vast knowledge of PowerPoint and storytelling. Before creating our company template, they deeply understood our needs and the kind of presentations we usually produce. The team always thought outside the box, finding creative ways to present content.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything! I believe they mastered the art of presentation production.

Rekarda created extremely impactful presentations that wowed the audience every time! As a result, top management & local marketing teams were extremely engaged and looking forward to implementing the new innovations we were presenting to them.

Rekarda had excellent project management. Even when we had extremely tight deadlines, they always delivered on time. Once they promised, they delivered. We communicated via virtual meetings & emails - they were very quick to always respond and had fast turnaround times. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rekarda creates absolutely incredible presentations; hands down, the best agency I've worked with when it comes to impactful presentations. On top, not only was the outcome excellent but the path to get there was very smooth. We could always trust them to deliver, even with the short timelines provided from our side most of the time.
