The project began with a detailed review of our Amazon account and the relevant notices and documentation. ReinstateAMZ identified the key issues preventing resolution and provided us with a structured action plan.
Their work included reviewing Amazon’s communications, assessing our existing documentation, identifying missing or inconsistent information, advising us on corrective actions, preparing the necessary submissions and supporting documentation, and guiding us through each stage of the process. They also reviewed subsequent responses from Amazon and adjusted the approach where necessary. The engagement continued through the resolution of the issue rather than ending after the initial submission.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most important measurable outcome was the successful resolution of the Amazon issue and restoration of the affected account/listing. We were able to move from an unresolved enforcement/compliance situation to having the issue cleared by Amazon and normal operations restored. The project also gave us a clearer understanding of the underlying compliance requirements and the steps we should take to reduce the likelihood of similar problems occurring again.

Project management was very good. Communication was consistent throughout the engagement, and we always understood what stage the case was at and what was required from us.
When Amazon requested additional information or the situation changed, ReinstateAMZ responded quickly and adapted the approach accordingly. Deliverables were prepared within the agreed timeframes, and they remained involved throughout the process rather than simply providing an initial document and leaving us to manage the case ourselves.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their specialist knowledge of Amazon was the most impressive aspect. They approached the issue methodically and focused on understanding the actual cause of the problem before recommending a solution. We also appreciated their persistence. Amazon cases can involve repeated requests, unclear responses and changing requirements, but ReinstateAMZ remained calm and continued working through the issue until there was a resolution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ReinstateAMZ could have done differently?

There were no major issues with the service. If we had to identify an area for improvement, more proactive written status updates during periods when we were waiting for Amazon could have been useful. However, whenever we contacted the team, they responded promptly and clearly. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and, most importantly, the engagement achieved the outcome we hired ReinstateAMZ to accomplish.
