The project was broken out into two key phases. Each phase had clear goals/objectives with detailed outline of the tasks needed and the timeframe. We held weekly meetings to discuss progress, id pain points, and address action items. Redhand also provided written reports and executive summaries documenting our progress and how each of the selected vendors were ranking.
