I’m the founder and CEO of a firm that offers technology consulting through process design and implementation, workflow optimization, and efficiency automation.

We tasked them with the mobile and web development of a know-your-customer application.

Our main objective was to integrate AI and create a streamlined application for users that will be the foundation of a verification ecosystem.

How did you select this vendor?

I posted a project proposal online and they responded. I interviewed about 50 candidates but Redcrix Technologies was best suited to accomplish this project.

Redcrix Technologies developed a mobile and web application using a MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack approach and integrated other AI services to make a high-tech app.

What was the team composition?

I only communicated with one individual but there were many others who assisted with various aspects of the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It’s difficult to share results since the project is still undergoing testing.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was originally started in Google Sheets and then taken outside of that, which makes things difficult to track. Having one centralized area for project management would be more effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We appreciate how dependable and adaptable Redcrix Technologies is.

They could improve their documentation on processes and deliverables.
