Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Filming (camera work) across a wide variety of settings, i.e. castles and landscape. Excellent quaility of editing and audio work also involved.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team produced a documentary of outstanding high quaity. Also, the team were professional, well-organised and flexible during filming, as well as post-production.

Paul was the head of the team. Ulitmately, they delivered on time and to an outstanding high quality. Paul was very flexible and understanding, in repect to our budget and requirements. Overall, I am extremely satisifed with the end results and I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Paul of Red Viper Films is very professional, talented and understanding. I also admire the fact that Paul is a great listener and is keen to do all he can, to deliever an outstanding production. The team also has great communication skills and delievered the project on time to an exceptionally high-standard. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Viper Films could have done differently?

Overall, I am exceptionally satisfied with the magnificent work undertaken by Red Viper Films, and I would strongly recommend them, for their professionalism, understanding and high quality end product.

Filming and streaming of the conference speakers, creating the highlights video, interviewing speakers and attendees, also checking the AV quotes from the venue and liaising with the venue's AV and sound solutions providers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful, uninterrupted streaming of the conference talks, highlights videos delivered to specs, having just the right equipment rented from the venue.

Always promptly and to our satisfaction. Great to work with, happy to explain things to non-technical people and always found a good solution. A good sense of humour is appreciated as well.
