Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They built the whole site on WordPress with a custom theme. The core was payments through Stripe: multi-tier subscriptions — individual and a corporate plan with team seats — plus single-article purchases, all behind a paywall that protects our work while showing readers a preview. They added Google and Facebook logins, built the account and team-management side for corporate subscribers, and integrated ElevenLabs so each piece has an audio version readers can listen to. They also handled SEO so our publications surface in search — including making sure the article previews stay indexable even with the paywall in place. Then they deployed everything and set up automated backups. We handed over requirements and got back a working, production-ready site.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It launched on time — a week from start to live. It started turning readers into paying subscribers right away, across subscriptions and one-off purchases, and it's been fast and reliable for an international audience. The outcome that matters to us: our research now earns money on its own, on a recurring basis, and their platform is what makes that possible.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

On time, every step of the way. What stood out was how client-oriented they were — they took the time to understand how our business actually works, and they built for that rather than just ticking off a feature list. The platform they handed us isn't something we depend on them to operate; we manage it ourselves and we can scale it as we grow, which was exactly the point. When we needed to change something, they responded quickly, and we never had to chase them for anything.

What was your primary form of communication with Red Phoenix Team OÜ?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We'd talked to other companies before settling on Red Phoenix, and the difference was clear. They were always reachable, effectively online with us throughout, and understood what we needed, and they tailored each decision to our case instead of pushing a standard template. That combination is rare. It's why a full subscription platform came together in a week and just worked, and why we could stay focused on our research instead of managing the build.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Phoenix Team OÜ could have done differently?

Nothing real for this project. Maybe a bit more documentation up front, but it never caused a problem — they were quick to clarify whenever we asked.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and position.

I am the President of LSCP LLC

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

LSCP challenges cyber resilience through cybersecurity consulting and penetration testing.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Red Phoenix Team OÜ to accomplish?

• LSCP is a cybersecurity consulting team. Occasionally, we need someone to turn our vulnerability research into education materials through realistic, working sandboxes. LSCP has the security side covered - LSCP just needed the dev side built fast and done well, with each box ready in a day or two.

Why did you select Red Phoenix Team OÜ over others?

• High ratings
• Pricing fit our budget

How many teammates from Red Phoenix Team OÜ were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Five original web sandboxes, each built around a different vulnerability LSCP designed. LSCP provided the concept and the exploit path; Red Phoenix built the app and everything around it so it would hold up to outside review. The goal was simple: get all five accepted onto established security lab platforms. Red Phoenix delivered all five, and all five got in.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Five out of five got accepted by the final platform. The review process is strict and rejects a lot, so a clean acceptance rate says a lot — both for LSCP's vulnerability design and for Red Phoenix's execution. Red Phoenix also held to the one-to-two-day turnaround per box, much faster than LSCP could have managed in-house.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

On time the whole way through. Communication was the best part — Red Phoenix Team OÜ asked the right questions early and actually understood what each box was supposed to do, not just the spec. When LSCP changed something, they adjusted quickly. We never had to chase them.

What was your primary form of communication with Red Phoenix Team OÜ?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How well Red Phoenix got into the problem. This isn't normal web dev — building a convincing vulnerable box means thinking like an attacker, and they picked that up fast from the briefs LSCP gave them. That plus their speed made it feel like working with our own team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Phoenix Team OÜ could have done differently?

Nothing real for this scope. Maybe slightly more documentation per box up front, but it never caused a problem — and once LSCP flagged it, Red Phoenix was quick to clarify.
