• LSCP is a cybersecurity consulting team. Occasionally, we need someone to turn our vulnerability research into education materials through realistic, working sandboxes. LSCP has the security side covered - LSCP just needed the dev side built fast and done well, with each box ready in a day or two.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Five original web sandboxes, each built around a different vulnerability LSCP designed. LSCP provided the concept and the exploit path; Red Phoenix built the app and everything around it so it would hold up to outside review. The goal was simple: get all five accepted onto established security lab platforms. Red Phoenix delivered all five, and all five got in.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Five out of five got accepted by the final platform. The review process is strict and rejects a lot, so a clean acceptance rate says a lot — both for LSCP's vulnerability design and for Red Phoenix's execution. Red Phoenix also held to the one-to-two-day turnaround per box, much faster than LSCP could have managed in-house.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

On time the whole way through. Communication was the best part — Red Phoenix Team OÜ asked the right questions early and actually understood what each box was supposed to do, not just the spec. When LSCP changed something, they adjusted quickly. We never had to chase them.

How well Red Phoenix got into the problem. This isn't normal web dev — building a convincing vulnerable box means thinking like an attacker, and they picked that up fast from the briefs LSCP gave them. That plus their speed made it feel like working with our own team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Phoenix Team OÜ could have done differently?

Nothing real for this scope. Maybe slightly more documentation per box up front, but it never caused a problem — and once LSCP flagged it, Red Phoenix was quick to clarify.
