After that, a group of recruiters was put in charge of the task, and they began locating, phone-screening, and vetting IT prospects. After reviewing a few carefully chosen referrals, we made an offer to one of the prospects. We decided if and which candidate would discuss the hire. We were in touch with the client success manager throughout the project, so we were informed of all the crucial details.

You could tell that Recruit Ninjas is a team of pros in every manner at your first meeting. The IT recruiters were diligent, efficient, accommodating, and helpful. We always knew where we stood in the process because of the Client Success Manager's constant comments.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Recruit Ninjas comes highly recommended from several review websites, but they also have experience dealing with organizations that I am aware with and have demonstrated their performance. A key component of a software company's success is selecting the best developers and support.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Wireframes and documentation describing the writing process, the annoying bottlenecks therein, and my ideas for fixing these issues were presented. The communication from Recruit Ninjas was prompt and consistent, and they immediately paired me up with two team members to translate everything into a development plan that not only promises to live up to those expectations but also assisted me in better understanding the features so that I could have a better understanding of the final product.

At this point, my team consists of just the co-founder and the founder, both of whom were genuinely engaged in the idea and what I wanted to achieve with it. They were really understanding with me when I described more about the writing process to them, and they helped me simplify that process into something that software can manage efficiently. We had a remarkably beneficial workshopping session that lasted later than expected.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Working with Recruit Ninjas has given me a lot of confidence, and following our workshop, they provided a ton of helpful information that has helped me continue to improve the platform itself and concentrate my messaging to enthuse backers.

Even after the training, I've maintained regular contact with the people there since they are prompt and continuously in touch. That greatly increases my conviction that I made the proper choice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Really, I'm at a loss for ideas. I was quite anxious coming into this because it was my first experience with software development. I feel really at ease thanks to Recruit Ninjas and the folks there.
