Recrea, Estrategias para la Igualdad is a consulting firm specialized in providing support to workplaces to implement strategies based on innovation, evidence and the use of data that promote equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as spaces free of sexual harassment and bullying.
Our goal is to bring the best tools and practices that allow companies to become leaders in their sector, complying with regulatory and social requirements.
We are convinced that in order to achieve sustainable change, training is not enough; it must be accompanied by organizational redesign. Our strategies include the development of diagnostics to identify areas of opportunity, the implementation of solutions to promote diversity and inclusion, the development of progress monitoring plans based on indicators, the development of protocols for the prevention and attention of sexual harassment and harassment, and training in gender equality, diversity, inclusion and violence, among others.
